Individual Therapy Sessions

~I feel it is important to have an outside unbiased source for identifying, gaining insight and finding coping skills for any circumstance and/or feeling that might be making one’s life not as fulfilling and/or meaningful as intended.


We all want life to work. The problem is that it doesn’t. Ironically, our well-meaning attempts to make life work too often become patterns that keep us from the full life we are made to live. When we can’t change these patterns on our own we get stuck.


Individual therapy is a collaborative process. I collaborate with my clients, while using my training and experience as a therapist, to create a treatment plan based on one’s personality and fundamental values.  During the therapy process, we can focus on specific issues (e.g. anxiety, depression, past or current trauma, etc.) or everyday concerns (e.g. relationships and family problems, career issues, etc.).


I will provide a safe place to explore your life and discover the change you are seeking. We will work together to help you find healing, growth and maturity as an individual. My goal is to help you learn how to better live your story through the process of rediscovering a deeper sense of self, developing more authentic relationships and living an increasingly fulfilling life. I hope to help you be who you are made to be, so you can do what you are made to do.
